Bike & Treasure Hunt

Leading by Mrs Quek, we 6 set up a team named "cikgu" taking part in the bike & treasure hunt activity organized by the 蔡氏济阳 Association. It's rather interesting though quite challenging cycling under the burning hot sun during noon hour. Besides, how very excited indeed when I got a chance to carry a kid close in my arms at the fold which was one of the checkpoints!

Thankful to all the "cikgu" members for tolerating my speed which dropped me a distance away from them, especially to Mrs Quek who had accompanied me throughout the journey back, her care had greatly warmed my heart!

We managed to win the 7th place among the 19 participating teams, not too bad! It's an activity of fun which painted our holidays with beautiful colors, though exhausted at the end of the event! 

Haze gone!

At last, out for cycling activity again this morning!

It's been a long time without outdoor exercise since the haze attack from our neighbour country Indonesia began. The API was so high and even the schools were forced to close for a total of 5 days due to the badly polluted and unhealthy air! Only then did we realize that how very precious it is to be able to breathe fresh, clean air!

To be able to have outdoor exercise in an environment with cool, clean and fresh air in such a beautiful morning is a blessing indeed! So, do love our living environment and protect it from being polluted!

Humor

I really appreciate and so much amused by the creativity and humor of the people in this country.

Lots of witty and sarcastic images, cartoons, jokes and comments will be going viral on social media or social apps whenever there are foolish and ridiculous issues raised in the country，and when the people could hardly stand the stupidity and nonsense of the fools who desperately trying to fool them!

This is the only way for the people to channel and convey their frustration towards their underperforming leaders whom neglect their roles and duties to serve the people and the nation, but  selfishly create lots of shameful problems and trouble to the nation!

How very depressive to face such an embarrassing and awkward situation of our nation at this moment! Our lovely nation really needs to be saved before it sinks!

Fresh Experience

Collapsed soon after the PTA fund raising event was over. Truly exhausted after so much getting involved in it together with Esther. Lots of fun and wonderful experience were gained throughout these days! Thankful to all who had been sincerely donating, passionately supporting as well as contributing to the event, and to all who had helped to make the event a success.

Esther had been putting so much effort and hardwork to ensure the event be run successfully. I was really moved by her spirit and passion and enjoyed working together with her too. She was so smart in leading and planning, it's a pity she wasn't assigned to be a leader this time, else things would be so much perfect.

My appreciation to Mrs Quek for her kindest contribution and support too, how very kind and thoughtful she was and not forget to thank missy, who had helped to boil the 200 eggs for sale.

Thanks to sis and her friend who had been helping so much at our stall.

Thankful to Esther's mom for the food sent while I was advised to take light food by the doctor. Her motherly care and love truly warmed my heart!

It's a fresh and unprecedented experience, though tired and collapsed after the event, but still, there was lots of fun and satisfaction as the event was successfully run, and our hardwork wasn't in vain too!
